Great training but you will be shoehorned into a sales team with no support. Expect quotas to rise bi-weekly if not weekly. Constant talk of promotions and movements within the company but it will be 1-2 people per pod per 6ish months which breaks down to around 1% of the pod every 6 months

Highly negative, CarMax was decent to start but quickly learned that all the managers care about is hitting their quotas by any means necessary, even if that includes allowing coworkers to cheat the ups system.
