My overall experience as an Account Executive has been both rewarding and enjoyable. The company culture and my team make each day engaging and motivating, creating an environment where I genuinely look forward to coming back. While working with car dealers can sometimes be challenging, building strong relationships makes all the difference. Once that trust is established, the opportunities for success are endless. The role has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, and I truly appreciate the support and camaraderie within the team.

Comp is becoming less competitive compared to other companies. OTE and Base have not been increased in 4+ years

It is possible to make good money with CG, however your quota will increase every quarter. Your OTE won’t increase. If your team exceeds goal they just move the goal posts so you don’t exceed or stay relatively close to the OTE.
