Current Employee3.6Mar 21, 2025Carta is a good place to work and then also not. It’s hard to explain. People aren’t regularly hitting quotas, at least not right now. They’ve raised the quotas to impossible numbers and there are too many reps per team making inbounds less frequent. The people at Carta are great outside of most of the managers.
