Very good team culture, everyone is supportive and collaborates well to get things done. Team is fun to work with, and they're serious when it's time to get things done. Leadership is very messy, they take a pretty hands off approach which means you can be very creative in how you work, but this can backfire sometimes and be pretty stressful on reps.

My overall experience at Carta has been incredible. Great people, solid leadership, and strong product-market fit. Quotas are a stretch each month, but certainly attainable. Pay is top of market.
