The Growth AE role at Carta is a well oiled machine so you can consistently have a good amount of deals but it's hard to drastically exceed quota and upward mobility is limited.

Been great so far until recently. Poor management prevents certain individuals with a particular background from succeeding by moving the goal post or withholding information about open roles.
