Former Employee 3 years in and they make most sales people feel like "what have you done for me lately?" I've been a President's Club qualifier as well as had a sales rut so I've seen the gamut and this holds true. Leadership in the HCM division changed a little over a year ago and the culture took a huge hit. Turnover has been astronomical. Like probably 75%+. That's what happens when leaders with no sales experience "lead" sellers. It's good when it's good and bad when it's bad but direct sales managers are mostly a joke, only offering unhelpful advice and rarely getting in the trenches. Nepotism is rampant throughout the entire organization so be aware. The biggest pros are some of my internal partners that worked with me regularly that helped me get to P club. They were highly competent and collaborative. Browse Other Reviews
