Worst culture I’ve ever experienced. The CEO despises Sales org and is a founder (former Netsuite developer and engineer) who keeps the company in a chokehold. Fired anyone on a whim— they’ve been without a CRO for almost a year and the solution was to have the CMO do both jobs. Sales leaders kept quitting so they moved the CS leadership to manage sales. No one knows what they’re doing or what’s going on. If you’re in sales you’ll be continually disparaged and if you succeed, the CFO might book a meeting with you to suspiciously ask you how you’re the only one getting close to goal. CEO has said in the past three all-hands that if you’re unhappy you can leave.

Unfortunately the company is struggling to mature from a start up to a more mature company. Leadership with ideas not in line with the CEO are let go.

Nobody hits quota , there is a lot of turnover, leadership keeps getting fired and replaced and the pay is very low .
