Current Employee Leadership turnover is so frequent , some reps has had 4-5 managers in 2 years. As soon as you get used to a new VP or manager they get fired and then you have to learn a new manager all over again. The deals are very transactional to hit quota you have to close a lot of deals the problem is they know that so they give every a ton of accounts think 150-220. You would think that’s good , but every account needs to be renewed so you’re looking at around 20+ accounts each month for renewal , and they still want you to prospect and source net new opportunities, there’s simply not enough time in the day to get through it all. Plus they got rid of CSMs so all of the support issues a customer has also rolls up to you, which takes up a lot of your time just to deal with support issue which you won’t get paid on. Enablement is no sucks we are not properly trained and the leaders are not savvy sales people they all came from the CSM word when their reps got let go. Browse Other Reviews
