Automation company with NO automation. The entire backend was a manual process and all tribal knowledge. No training and dealing with 200+ accounts for very little money per account.

Product was great for Ecommerce companies. Poor sales leadership and their compensation plans didn't reflect and match the goals of the company.

Celigo is on the right track to make a huge impact on the industry. Easy to use software and a loyal customer base make it a fun work environment. A lot of changes happen constantly but as long as you do your job and perform well a lot of these changes are helpful to being even more successful in the role.

Unfortunately the company is struggling to mature from a start up to a more mature company. Leadership with ideas not in line with the CEO are let go.
