Celigo is on the right track to make a huge impact on the industry. Easy to use software and a loyal customer base make it a fun work environment. A lot of changes happen constantly but as long as you do your job and perform well a lot of these changes are helpful to being even more successful in the role.

Worst culture I’ve ever experienced. The CEO despises Sales org and is a founder (former Netsuite developer and engineer) who keeps the company in a chokehold. Fired anyone on a whim— they’ve been without a CRO for almost a year and the solution was to have the CMO do both jobs. Sales leaders kept quitting so they moved the CS leadership to manage sales. Nobody hits quota , there is a lot of turnover, leadership keeps getting fired and replaced and the pay is very low .
