Still a growing company. Trying to figure out exactly what they want to be. A lot of leadership turnover. Product is great but sales have not been where they'd like to be.

If you apart of a large deal closure Celonis will not pay out. They will lie to you and make you pay back commissions. This organization is not sales friendly the SE’s put sales in the passenger seat. Avoid drinking the koolaid from recruiters. Enron had more integrity.

Celonis has a decent product but didn’t sell or IPO when the time was right. Leadership is inexperienced and reorgs GTM every 6-12 months. Sales cycles are 18-24 months long for a new logo close and the inconsistency in strategy makes it impossible to hit numbers unless you have a current, happy customer with a renewal that year.
