Current Employee Celonis has a decent product but didn’t sell or IPO when the time was right. Leadership is inexperienced and reorgs GTM every 6-12 months. Sales cycles are 18-24 months long for a new logo close and the inconsistency in strategy makes it impossible to hit numbers unless you have a current, happy customer with a renewal that year. Quotas are based on unattainable growth goals and not historical data. Learned a lot and met/worked with some amazing people but not a great place to be an Account Executive. Browse Other Reviews
