Current Employee Overall, my experience at this sales organization was mixed. The compensation was competitive, with solid base pay and attainable OTE, which helped drive performance and motivation early on. However, the biggest challenge was the lack of a clear path to progress into an Account Executive role. Despite consistent performance and meeting expectations, internal mobility felt limited, and development opportunities were not clearly defined or supported. If you're looking for strong comp and are content staying in a sales development or mid-level role, this could be a good fit—but if you're focused on long-term career growth into an AE position, it may not be the right environment.
