Current Employee Dayforce is a strong HCM platform with robust payroll and HR features that streamline workforce management and reporting. That said, my experience toward the end was very challenging. My direct manager handled my layoff extremely poorly; it was sudden, impersonal, and handed off to HR without proper communication or consideration. Additionally, the HR processes during that period were disorganized, and there were multiple rounds of layoffs that created instability and uncertainty for the team. Despite these management and organizational issues, the platform itself remains solid, reliable, and effective for payroll, scheduling, and overall HR management.
