Certinia has been under pressure from competitors, and the market is responding as if it's a nice-to-have solution. There is no inbound interest upmarket, and the Salesforce channel has become harder to grow pipeline within. It's a challenging time to be a seller here.

The people at Certinia are amazing and so are most of the managers. This is why I stay. People used to make way more money when comp plans were better, around 2019 or so. Now, leadership and sales operations do not seem to understand that in mid market here, the average sales rep for net new business only closes about 2 net new logos.
