Current Employee The ERP isn't strong enough to compete in the enterprise space, and there isn't a great demand for a standalone PSA unless you are a professional services company.
You will receive no leads. And your territory will be 90% filled with companies outside Certinia's Ideal Customer Profile. The company is heavily reliant on Salesforce making introductions to its customers.
0-20% annual quota attainment seems to be where most reps land unless you're in the SME team. Reps leave every week and are asked to 'quietly resign.'
This company has good people and the PSA is world-class, but very few companies know about PSA.
Avoid at all costs.
