My overall experience has been good. The SE leadership team is top notch and my fellow SE's are great to work with. Great flexibility with work/life balance as long as you're hitting your targets. Drawbacks are the constant change in mid-high level leadership and our mediocre health benefits package. Time off policy is also less generous than most other tech companies.
