The product has promise however significant changes throughout all level of leadership and poor execution is resulting in poor performance across the business and competitors gaining traction. Overall target attainment across the team is low and driven from additional spend in key accounts. New business accounts for very little of overall growth.

super product/market fit (those who say it isn't just don't understand what we do), new leadership shows promise (as yet unfulfilled), too much red tape and odd structures from legacy org which will hopefully get changed
