Current Employee2.7Jun 25, 2025I currently worked in customer solutions( retention) we are base salary of 40 full benefits but really great commission and bonuses the opportunity to make 20 to 40,000 a year extra and commission bonus is a plus but only the top 20% of agents will see that the other 80 will make 12 to 20,000 a year in commission and bonuses

The only downside was that after about 4 months they started changing the comp plan pretty regularly to where almost every month there was a drastic change.
