Love that place, great culture but the opportunities for career development are limited.

I had a good experience here. The comp plan is competitive and product is very competitive. Culture can be one of favouritism from those who have been there a long time and leadership is a mixed bag. Some a great but some seem like they’re just here because they’re mates with c-suite or just happen to have joined at a good time.
