Former Employee I worked here in 2022, 4 months after I was hired roughly 1/3rd of the company was laid off. Right after we had gone on a company trip to Morocco. SDRs are not expected to make many calls, very email heavy, not much focus on cold calling. If you are looking for your first SDR role this may be a gateway step, however I recommend getting good on the phone because it's helped in my career drastically.
