Current Employee Absolutely career-defining company that has the potential to define the cloud native observability market in the near future.
Is it hard? Yes - it's a startup in a space with a lot of incumbents.
Do we lose deals? Sometimes - point me to a company that doesn't.
Is the product-market fit always perfect? Can you name one company that can claim perfection here?
The entire company supports the sales team in a way I've never experienced in my 12-year sales career, and the opportunities for growth, education, and earnings are ridiculous. We're closing massive land deals at the most iconic companies defining the market landscape, and even more massive up/cross-sells.
Pardon the bad, cliched analogy, but rocket ships shake - rides through the stratosphere are rarely smooth, and you can't be afraid to work or prospect -- if you're afraid of this, you probably shouldn't be looking to work for a SaaS startup in the first place. Browse Other Reviews
