Strong company and really good management from the top down. Great place to start a sales career but the grind makes it very difficult to keep it up long term.

Good training, mediocre base pay, good ote pay. Reps argue with each other over accounts constantly between facility Service and Uniform Reps. The company has great health benefits, dental benefits, 401k match, and car package.

It was a great company with strong potential, and I truly enjoyed the work itself. Unfortunately, I found that leadership dynamics created challenges, favoritism and blurred boundaries between management and team members affected consistency and expectations.. When a C-level leader tells you that your new C-level leader is toxic, believe them.
