Current Employee I’ve been fortunate - had good managers around me, and been able to fit product/services to the enterprise market. Midmarket new business in the U.K. does consistently well, has a great product fit and great direct management. The overall company/product vision is good, but constant leadership changes & applying one-size-fits all decisions to diverse markets can mean not all products/services as executed as effectively as possible. Overall the company performs well, even during tough years, compared to other organisations and on the whole has a better offering than competitors. Base pay is good, as is OTE.
