Great company to work for through the years. Through aquisitions and changes, it's still a notable product and company, but was time for me to once again find another company that's public and expanding or is private and growing tactfully (to maybe even become public one day).

My overall experience was that there were a lot of great people to work with at Citrix but the company did too much to shoot itself in the foot when it came to market penetration. Prior to the private equity acquisition, this was a fantastic place to be with great leadership. Things have been trending the wrong way, and once strong and vocal champions are going by the wayside due to uplifts and other products.
