Former Employee My overall experience was that there were a lot of great people to work with at Citrix but the company did too much to shoot itself in the foot when it came to market penetration.
Obviously there are numerous factors associated with success in any marketplace but the ability to be nimble and innovative is one that any company can properly address.
The struggle was evident ultimately resulting in a VC acquisition.
