Great place to work -- one feedback is that the growth path is not given, and the goalpost seems to always be moving to not promote/pay our best teammates and reward their loyalty, which can cause a lot of talent churn.

Would be an incredible company, but the product has not kept up with the market. Challenged in many areas including stability and performance. Amazing people doing the work, but unfortunately leadership has allowed the company to fall behind, with misalignment on vision and a lack of execution. Pay is also low for the space.
