challenging time to be at clari right now. Nice people and great culture but unfortunately don't have great leadership in place across many departments, which ultimately leads to a very frustrating experience in many ways. the product has not really progressed in a meaningful way over the past year and a half, which shows in retention and growth numbers.

Just run! Constant lay offs and majority of leadership that won’t support you isn’t worth decently average pay.

Solid forecasting & CI product but clear issues with expansion and product stability. Very saturated market where the tech is nice to have not need to have. Great culture, people are incredible and c level leadership is truthful and transparent.
