Overall this is a decent sales gig. There has been a lot of changes and leadership movement, making it harder to stay consistent and follow processes. Culture has changed a lot and they’ve lost a lot of good reps.

challenging time to be at clari right now. Nice people and great culture but unfortunately don't have great leadership in place across many departments, which ultimately leads to a very frustrating experience in many ways. the product has not really progressed in a meaningful way over the past year and a half, which shows in retention and growth numbers.

Clari has been through some choppy waters. But for no fault of their own. The market has reprioritized how it identifies, qualifies, and measures value. And with many smaller, more afforable competitors hoping into the space, Clari has become more of a boutique shop with buyers who want to do it the "clari way" AND have the budget to do so.
