Overall, the experience was positive at CC. However, the culture deteriorated when the new investors came onboard and what made CC great quickly deteriorated. There were multiple office-scandals, while working there.

Terrible company to work for. Toxic sales at its finest. Heavy favoritism from management and leadership. Managers who were a rep live and die by "how good I was," "do it my way" offering no growth or actual feedback. Run far away.
