Terrible company to work for. Toxic sales at its finest. Heavy favoritism from management and leadership. Managers who were a rep live and die by "how good I was," "do it my way" offering no growth or actual feedback. Run far away.

Very good culture within the ADR teams as a whole. Frustrating lack of upward Mobility even with consistent performance. Only one SDR was internally promoted to AE since I started there in 2022. Overall, the experience was positive at CC. However, the culture deteriorated when the new investors came onboard and what made CC great quickly deteriorated. There were multiple office-scandals, while working there.
