Experience has been shaky. Up and down performance, constant changes in GTM strategy, lower than average compensation, higher than average quotas, minimal repeatable strategy for reps to follow. Nice people and generally good people leaders, but decision making has been shaky at best

I do not recommend this company for sales or sales leadership roles. They prioritize activity instead of outcomes, and the leadership team lacks the experience to truly build a top performing sales org.
