Even if you have a deal ready to sign the internal hurdles to getting resources and approvals in exhausting. It is run by a CEO that does not care about sales, has called us order takers and only cares about the bottomline. It has become a revolving door and the culture is horrible and with its lack of structure has created a competitiveness that isn't healthy.
