Still a startup. No set procedures. Hard to achieve quota consistently. +200% is almost impossible +100% is achievable if you’re smart Your job is to close deals, complete daily KPIs, update your pipeline and be accountable. My overall experience was much better than others who have left and are still here. I have the best manager so that helped. She was super helpful and knowledgable. We are underpaid for the opportunity but overall I learned a lot about myself and grew professionally. I am not a fan of the senior leadership.
