Current Employee3.1Apr 10, 2025Year end revealed a lot of the challenges we face. Lots of attrition in the SE org. Pay is below competitors and raises barely touch the rate of inflation. Morale has taken a big hit and a lot of SEs are leaving to go work for competitors.
