Current Employee Clozd is a solid place to hone your skills and learn to sell strategically. That said, it’s a bit deceiving as we tout so many big logos on our website, but many of them used us for one project or canceled after one year. Win rates are below industry average and Product market fit is So-so. It’s unsettling for many how leadership is basing their current strategy on hopes and not hard metrics. If they based their strategy on what was preached by the CEO of RepView instead of greedy VCs, they would have better satisfaction and lower unexpected attrition.
Unfortunately, many excellent sellers only last two years. If they stay longer, they came in as very junior reps and were able to gradually grow into the role. Or they have played the political game and get spoon fed the best.
Quota is unrealistic and even were raised by the company after 20% hit annual goal in 2024. It’s closer to 50% if you count ramping AES but way easier to hit.
Ultimately. Lots are looking because they are tired of being treated like junior reps, ignored, not listen to.
