My experience was a bit of a roller coaster. It started off strong, but over time, I noticed inefficiencies in the processes that didn't make much sense. Senior leadership relied on outdated sales metrics for startups and old school internal politics, which clashed with the realities of the current market. Unfortunately, there was no effort to boost the companies morale throughout the year until just a week before our acquisition. In the end, we were given only three days' notice before being laid off, which was a disappointing way to close things out.

Great time initially. But as the ICP fit kept changing every quarter it was hard to adjust. Leadership wanted something different everytime

Comp plan is very good, but it’s feast or famine. Maybe 10% of the reps are crushing quote, while the rest are selling pretty much nothing. There’s potential for a ton of money to be made, but you do risk spending your time at Clumio with nothing but smaller upsells to inherited companies.
