They've been hiring aggressively in 2024, but there's no real pipeline. 95% of the reps are nowhere near quota. The product is okay but difficult to sell with no name recognition in the space & zero inbound leads. The leadership looks for an excessive amount of prospecting activity. The culture is political and low-trust. They brought in a leader who has never carried a bag or run outbound sales functions before, who is more concerned with looking busy to execs than actually getting things done.

The sales org is driven into the ground, expected to spend 90% of our day PGing (Enterprise reps included). Our metrics are checked every day, and we are micromanaged into oblivion.
