Current Employee The sales org is driven into the ground, expected to spend 90% of our day PGing (Enterprise reps included). Our metrics are checked every day, and we are micromanaged into oblivion. After spending countless hours doing this, we are berated on our team calls by our CRO, who yells at us as a team and individually about how we're stupid and are simply incapably answering simple questions.
We have ZERO inbound leads. Almost zero -- once a year, AWS reInvent gives the entire company one big deal. This deal is used to bring in new reps, who quickly churn.
1 rep (of the 20+ we have) hit quota this quarter! Culture is abysmal. Stay away. Far away
