Current Employee3.7Aug 29, 2023Comp plan is very good, but it’s feast or famine. Maybe 10% of the reps are crushing quote, while the rest are selling pretty much nothing. There’s potential for a ton of money to be made, but you do risk spending your time at Clumio with nothing but smaller upsells to inherited companies.
