Apartments.com is a great product. The leadership is aggressive and focuses too often on the wrong thing. There is tons of churn and tons of unhappy reps. The best reps seems miserable but are making nice paychecks. With major adjustments to the company philosophy, they could have significantly better retainment and culture. The in-house CRM is abysmal. If you are thrilled with ~100-150 OTE, this might be a good next step, but the confusing comp plan requires a constant grind, not a sustainable book of business. The micro management is only increasing.

The product itself is amazing, and there's no other product out there that does as well as us. The training was also very in-depth and put together well.
