the manager you work for here is really important - their adding homes.com i think changed everything for the worse but the additional money you can make with it makes it a double edge sword as when you're not selling it it impacts your Apartments.com take home where we are trying to bring a new product to the market. Great sales opportunity for anyone taking a entry level sales role that's actually great for making income if you can sell decently and build experience.

Apartments.com is a great product. The leadership is aggressive and focuses too often on the wrong thing. There is tons of churn and tons of unhappy reps. The best reps seems miserable but are making nice paychecks. With major adjustments to the company philosophy, they could have significantly better retainment and culture. Industry standard product with name recognition with anyone you call in commercial real estate. Company culture is toxic - management is borderline abusive to reps. Every market plays favorites with the best accounts concentrated with 2-3 people/ inbounds as well.
