Homes.com is a growing division with a high-paced but high-reward atmosphere. Still building out sales processes so it operates like a start-up. Need more reps to achieve quota as its pretty feast or famine. The Head of Sales Andy Stearns is a great leader and trustworthy so lots of unknowns but I trust he will set us up well in long term
