Lots of calling on brokers and agents who don’t respect your time. Some brokers are incredibly nice while aren’t, it’s 50/50 depending on when you catch them. Overall it’s a huge company with good leadership and brokers have to use the product if they want to be successful. Pressure to hit your metrics comes down to your manager, mine was amazing. But I’ve seen others who are very micromanaging. Honestly it’s a fast growing company and you work with great people.

Highly toxic sales environment leading to poor culture. Lack of accountability amongst other teams remains constant. Micromanagement here is amazing. Driven by poorly designed sales metrics causing sales people to literally fake their daily interactions creating a snowball effect and/or keeping up with the jones’ effect to keep off the radar.
