Current Employee The compensation structure leaves a lot to be desired for their LoopNet brand. It entirely depends on your territory and manager. You are constantly digging out of a hole to break even on net new for contracts that reverse due to deals finishing their natural course. You can sell all you want but you often can’t outsell what cancels, which leaves you with little commission upside. There is a small amount of bonus for retention but it’s got a ceiling and is impacted by your NPS score, which is often out of your control due to product challenges and price, not your actual service.
