Need more reps to achieve quota as its pretty feast or famine. The Head of Sales Andy Stearns is a great leader and trustworthy so lots of unknowns but I trust he will set us up well in long term

Current Employee3.6Oct 26, 2025Weird commission model that takes away a crazy amount of compensation if an account non renews EVEN if you werent the one who originally sold the deal or were compensated in any way. Lot of good sellers are forced to leave. Not a good sales model
