Apartments.com is a great product. The leadership is aggressive and focuses too often on the wrong thing. There is tons of churn and tons of unhappy reps. The best reps seems miserable but are making nice paychecks. With major adjustments to the company philosophy, they could have significantly better retainment and culture.
