Weird commission model that takes away a crazy amount of compensation if an account non renews EVEN if you werent the one who originally sold the deal or were compensated in any way. Lot of good sellers are forced to leave. Not a good sales model

Great for larger companies and brokerages, however many smaller brokerages and owners are priced out of the product. Leadership has reduced pricing for for the smaller organizations and working to improve this for potential customers.

the manager you work for here is really important - their adding homes.com i think changed everything for the worse but the additional money you can make with it makes it a double edge sword as when you're not selling it it impacts your Apartments.com take home where we are trying to bring a new product to the market.
