Industry standard product with name recognition with anyone you call in commercial real estate. Company culture is toxic - management is borderline abusive to reps. Every market plays favorites with the best accounts concentrated with 2-3 people/ inbounds as well. Potential to make a ton of money if you can play things correctly, but base salary and renewal money aren’t enough to cover all the admin / full account manager role expected with this job.

Company has strong product for the market. AI is forcing industry to change. Many more competitors are available. Lots of internal competition and having to constantly monitor your opportunities as other reps will call over you.
