Cogent was a horrible experience for me. The company has bad pay, horrible leadership, and no opportunity for growth. In 2021 when asked about diversity in leadership, the CEO stated that the talent pool wasn't available and that the company could not find female or diverse candidates with the requisite experience to be hired in leadership or engineering roles. Stay clear of this place.
